The United States Beef Corporation prototype Arby's Restaurant is a 2,894 square foot facility with a drive thru service lane.  The building has a base height of 18' - 0" with two gable feature walls which have Arby's hat signage incorporated into them.

The exterior consists of exterior insulation and finish system with a brick wainscot base wall around the perimeter.  Exterior wall mounted lighting sconces are used for accent lighting. Custom door pulls add a touch of class to the entrance areas.  Red metal roofing and window mullions add a color accent to the scheme.

Site lighting is an important element of the Arby's facility.

The typical Arby's installation incorporates landscaping in the form of trees and landscaping beds around the building and drive thru menu board.

Pole mounted lighting fixtures provide ample light for the safety of pedestrians visiting the facility. The property is identified by a pole mounted Arby's hat sign, which may be a monument sign if required by local ordinance.  Directional signage is placed at entrance and exit locations on the property.

The building interior utilizes high quality finishes, with ceramic tile, vinyl wallcovering, stained wood trims and a unique furniture installation.
