US Beef now operates over 365 Arby’s Restaurants in nine contiguous states, including Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, southwestern Illinois, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, and Washington, and has the exclusive development rights in the vast majority of these territories. Through 2022, US Beef is committed to open 40 additional restaurants, 23 of which will be located in Colorado, and 2 in Boise, ID. The remaining 15 new restaurants will open in our legacy markets.

Arby’s Site Criteria

Population: 20,000 minimum within trade area; 6,000 daytime population
Traffic: 25,000 cars per day
Lot Size: 25,000 SF – 40,000 SF
Building Size: 2,154 SF – 3,011 SF
Seating: 40-70
Signage: maximum allowed by city code
Preferred Sites:
corners; shopping center out parcels; highway locations; drive-thru window allowed
High Visibility and Good Access: access to traffic signal preferred
Free standing, inline/endcap with drive thru; ground up or conversion of existing restaurant.
