United States Beef and Kineo Take Home Gold For Excellence in Best Use of Blended Learning

Tulsa, Oklahoma, September 27, 2016:  United States Beef Corporation (US Beef), Arby’s largest franchisee, headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a leader in innovative operations training, has won the coveted Brandon Hall Group Gold award for excellence in Best Use of Blended Learning, in collaboration with Kineo, a leader in workplace learning platforms. The HCM Excellence award recognizes the successful delivery of US Beef’s technology-enabled blended program. Kineo partnered with US Beef to expand their current Manager Training Program (MTP) in order to create a new approach to training that better suited the culture of US Beef and was more effective and efficient.

US Beef took their successful, paper-based training program and with the help of Kineo, transformed it into a blended solution while keeping the focus on on-the-job coaching and assessment.

The results include:

  • Training Managers can now train 2x more trainees simultaneously
  • Senior Leaders and Training Coordinators have greater visibility into progress, and in turn visit trainees more often to support their journey
  • Training Managers require less support from District Managers due to the more robust structure and support
